HOW LONG TIL I GET MY ORDER?
My current turnaround time for most silver pieces is 3-4 weeks. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your solid gold pieces. If you need something by a specific date, please use the contact page to get in touch, I can sometimes accommodate if you're in a rush.
I DON'T KNOW MY RING SIZE, CAN YOU HELP?
Yes, just send me a message after purchasing your ring to let me know you need me to send a sizer in the post free of charge. Please note, this is available to UK buyers only.
Alternatively, the best way to get your ring size is to be measured in a jewellery shop.
HOW WILL MY JEWELLERY BE PACKAGED?
Your jewellery will be carefully packaged in a branded box or pouch to keep it safe, and posted in a fully recyclable, padded envelope or box.
DO YOU RE-SIZE RINGS?
I'm sorry but I don't currently offer re-sizing due to time constraints! I recommend contacting a local jeweller who will be able to help.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Worldwide! Shipping via courier is highly recommended to avoid any delays that might occur when sending via regular post.
CAN I ORDER A HALF SIZE?
Yes, just write in the comment box during checkout, or send me a message afterwards.
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
I ship via Royal Mail within the UK, using either Special Delivery or a 1st Class Signed For option. International orders can be shipped via Royal Mail or via courier (a quicker option). If you choose the courier option I'll need a phone number and email address to supply the courier.
